Elliott, SVP Buy Braskem Debt Amid Restructuring Talks

Elliott Investment Management LP and SVP Global have recently bought debt of Braskem SA, the Brazilian petrochemical producer rushing to get creditors to agree to a restructuring plan, according to people familiar with the matter.
