ECB Is in ‘Good Position’ Given Inflation Data, Moulin Says

The European Central Bank is in a “good position” following an interest-rate hike last month and data showing inflation has eased with the slump in oil prices, Governing Council member Emmanuel Moulin said on Saturday.
