Billionaire Drahi Strikes €20 Billion Deal to Sell France’s SFR

Billionaire Patrick Drahi has reached an agreement to sell French mobile carrier SFR to a consortium of rival telecommunications firms, in a deal that values the company €20.4 billion ($23.5 billion) and will test regulators’ tolerance for consolidation.
