Ashley’s Frasers Offers to Buy Hugo Boss in $3.1 Billion Deal

Frasers Group Plc offered to buy Hugo Boss AG in a deal valuing the German fashion brand at about €2.7 billion ($3.1 billion), as billionaire Mike Ashley seeks to add another well-known label to his growing collection.
